## YOUR QUERY IS IMPORTANT TO US

Whether you have a new project in mind, are refining an existing one, or need help exploring new ideas, we can support you.

The easiest way to get a detailed response to your project enquiry is to fill in the form below. We always aim to respond within two working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). To get a faster quote, please include as much detail as possible below, so that we understand what you need and by when.

**Minimum Order Quantities**

We always try to help our customers overcome unattainable MOQ's. This is usually achieved ordering the minimum quantity, then stock holding the goods for 'call off' at a pace that suits you.

**Plastic Profiles**

For plastic (standard or bespoke) there is a 500 metres minimum order requirement.

**Aluminium Profiles**

Aluminium (standard or bespoke)** **Typical minimum order quantity: 350kg per profile.

 

**Aluminium Standard Profiles**

Whilst we do supply standard profiles, we are not a 'standards' stockist. Unfortunately this means we're unable to supply small quantities of standard aluminium extrusions.

 

**Drawings**

If possible: DWG, DXF, PDF, STEP, or IGES.

While we're able to create the drawings necessary to produce a quote, if you're interested in getting a quick quote it's helpful to share as much detail as possible. Additionally, sharing a technical drawing of a convenient file type speeds up the process. See the form for the ideal formats.

 

**Budget**

We understand that although you may not want to share your available budget, an indication of your expected costs allows us to advise the most appropriate solution.
