Our MD Guy Barker suggested a post-Christmas "*Chub Club*" for us to turn back into prime examples of the human specimen.  We all thought this was a great idea, having never been a 'prime example' previously...

What was involved.. We spent two months (January and February) of this year watching our calorie intake very carefully and being as pro-active as possible, getting on our bikes, walking, and generally being healthy to shed those extra-pounds gained by the Christmas season.

As a team we collectively lost 144lbs, which is the equivalent of 65 bags of sugar.  As a consequence the company put £1100 into a fund to be distributed between our chosen charity organisations.

Our nominated charities and the percentage split of funds were as follows:

- **British Heart Foundation   - 25% = £275**
- **Marie Curie Cancer Care - 50% = £550**
- **Multiple Sclerosis Society - 25% = £325**

It has been a great effort by all and thanks so much to everyone for participating!
