Trudi joined the team here at BWC Profiles all the way back in 2003 and manages the customer service and admin team. Trudi's responsibilities include all aspects of customer service, account management, quality management, stock management and complaint handling.

Madeline

Madeline joined the team in 2012 and is jointly responsible for internal account management alongside handling account queries, organising logistics and maintaining stock. Madeline also manages our ISO9001 standards compliance and is our Health & Safety representative for the business.

Michelle joined the customer services team in 2017 and is jointly responsible for internal account management (alongside Madeline). Michelle is on hand to handle your account queries, chase projects and queries, organise logistics and maintain stock to ensure all your needs are met.
